Purchase rules

1. General provisions

These goods purchase and sale rules (hereinafter the "Rules"), upon confirmation by the Buyer, constitute a legally binding document for both parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, terms for acquiring and paying for goods, goods delivery and return procedures, parties' liability, and other provisions related to purchase and sale at the Ilze.lt online store. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Rules at any time by publishing the changes in the online store.

2. Conclusion of contract

The right to purchase in the Seller's online store is available to: legally capable natural persons; minors aged 14 to 18 only with parental consent; legal entities and their authorised representatives. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number and email address. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order by email.

3. Buyer's rights

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 days of delivery by notifying the Seller in writing. This right applies only if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, remain in original packaging and have not changed in appearance.

4. Buyer's obligations

The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in the prescribed manner. If order details change, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller. By using the Store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller's rights and obligations

The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer has not paid within 30 business days. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with proper use of the Store's services and to deliver the ordered goods to the specified address.

6. Liability

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of data provided in the registration form. The Seller is released from liability in cases where losses arise due to the Buyer's fault or force majeure circumstances.

7. Privacy policy

Personal data provided by the Buyer is used solely for order fulfilment and is not disclosed to third parties, except as provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Final provisions

These Rules and contracts concluded on their basis are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
