Returns

UAB Ilze Baltic undertakes to accept returns of defective goods or items you did not order. We will replace them with quality items or refund the amount paid. The cost of exchanging such goods is covered by us.

To return a defective item, please send photos of the defective product to info@ilze.lt, along with purchase information (order number or invoice number, product name, quantity, product code). We will submit this information to the manufacturer to determine whether the defect is a manufacturing fault. We will inform you of the findings and the proposed solution via the contacts you have provided.

Quality goods that did not meet your expectations, or if you ordered the wrong size, can be exchanged within 14 days. Requirements for returned goods:

1. The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
2. The item must be unused;
3. The item must be returned in the same condition and with the same accessories as received;
4. The item must not have lost its original appearance.

The cost of returning and/or exchanging goods is borne by the buyer.
